Anydesk licensing is subscription based and it offers three different versions - Essentials, Performance, Enterprise. Sometimes it can get a little bit confusing and unclear which version fits your needs so we will try to simplify this.
Essentials version comes with basic features, one seat and allows management of one unattended and unlimited attended devices. Simply meaning, you can install it on one device and manage 1 unattended device and unlimited attended devices. Further explanation of difference between attended and unattended access you can find in our article base. Performance version is the most popular choice. It allows you to install Anydesk on three different devices, meaning if you purchase 2 seats you will be able to install Anydesk on 6 devices total, manage up to 3000 unattended devices and have additional valuable features like Two-factor authentication, Session recording etc. Enterprise version is fully customizable, offers mass deployment and comes in cloud and on-premises version. It is also important to mention that Anydesk has automatic subscription renewal in place. Meaning you do not have to renew your subscription every year, it is automatically renewed for you. In case you wish to cancel your subscription you have to send your request latest 3 months before your renewal date.
