N-sight: Asset Inventory View

N-able recently introduced the latest enhancement in the N-sight User Experience - Asset Inventory view. This modernized feature aims to simplify the process of viewing, filtering, searching and exporting asset data for servers and workstations, ultimately enhancing technician workflows. It’ 's worth mentioning that Asset Inventory is Client Group aware so you can only see assets designated to you.

Features and Functionality

The new Asset Inventory view, accessible via the left side navigation bar, features a contemporary interface that facilitates granular filtering for custom device lists. Technicians can effortlessly create reports for device lifecycle management, utilizing filters to identify older or underpowered devices and exporting data with a single click.

Moreover, the filtering capabilities enable the creation of custom device views in the dashboard north-pane. Users can search, filter, and group devices based on various asset data, such as serial number, IP address, manufacturer, processor, and RAM. This empowers technicians with better ways to manage devices on a day-to-day basis, improving efficiency and providing enhanced oversight of assets and their settings.
